ProductCart can be purchased by itself and you can install it yourself or you can purchase ProductCart and installation service from Adaptive Hosting Solutions. We can also provide custom programming if needed.

We can assist you in obtaining a merchant account through Total Merchant Services and Authorize.net or Verisign (click to sign up for a merchant account online) to enable real-time transaction processing. Please note the process for obtaining a merchant account typically takes three to ten business days.

If you already have a merchant account and they use a compatible payment gateway you can begin using your cart to process real-time transactions immediately after it is installed. A merchant account is not provided if you don't want to do real-time transactions.

RETURN POLICY
We offer a "no hassle" 30-day return policy. For returns, we require that customers requesting to return the software first sign our “Proof of Destruction” agreement indicating that you have ceased using the software, and all traces of the software have been removed from all media and storage devices. All refunds will be for a total of the purchase amount less a 10% restocking fee which covers merchant fees and technical support.
